Syrian President Bashar Assad expressed his country's support for China's active political and economic presence across the globe, stating that it contributes to the restoration of balance in the world.
Assad made these remarks during a meeting with China's Special Envoy for the Middle East, Zhai Jun, on Saturday, September 16.
